You can schedule a tour right on the website by clicking "Schedule a Tour" and choosing a date and time that works for you. If you prefer, you can also call (401-406-2245), email (leasing@centerplaceprovidence.com), or submit a contact form and the leasing team will help set it up. Please note that a valid government-issued photo ID is required for your visit.

Each person age 18 or older who will live in the apartment must submit an application and provide the following:

- Valid government issued photo ID
- Proof of income such as recent pay stubs or an employment letter
- Bank statements if requested
- Consent for a credit check

Guarantors must have a verifiable source of income equal to at least five (5) times the monthly rent.
Applicants must have verifiable household income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent.

Application fees, including the amount, refundability, and payment details, are outlined in the Community Cost Guide on the Floor Plans page.

Requests for reasonable accommodations or modifications can be submitted to the leasing office for review and consideration.
Applications can be completed online. Click Apply Now on the website and follow the steps in the application portal. If you need assistance, contact the leasing team directly. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID when you arrive.

Move-In, Lease Terms

Lease terms vary by availability and may range from 4 to 12 months, with options up to 15 months when available.
Before move in, residents must provide proof of renters insurance, first payment, and proof of electric service setup. Please also reserve the loading dock and elevator with the onsite team prior to your move in day.
All apartments are unfurnished. Furnished packages may be available for an additional cost.
Subletting is not permitted. Lease transfers or replacement residents may be considered with prior written approval from management.
A written 60 day notice is required for non renewal.
No. Center Place is a 100 percent smoke free community. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside apartments, common areas, or the parking garage. Smoking is also prohibited within 25 feet of the building.

Onsite amenities include a 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated lap pool, resident lounge with kitchenette and coffee bar, game room, private courtyard, outdoor grilling areas with seating, 24 hour concierge, complimentary Wi Fi in common areas, and bicycle storage.
Most amenities are available 24 hours a day. The indoor lap pool has limited hours.
Yes. The resident lounge and kitchenette can be reserved for private events. Availability, reservation procedures, and any associated costs are managed by the onsite team. Reservations can be requested through the Center Place resident app.
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the lower lobby and common area level.

Yes. Center Place offers a one bedroom guest suite designed for resident visitors. The suite comfortably accommodates up to four guests and includes Wi Fi, parking, and access to building amenities. Reservations can be made through the Center Place resident portal.

General resident parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Reserved parking spaces may be available for an additional monthly fee through the leasing office.

Guests

Guest suite availability, nightly rates, and reservations can be accessed through the Center Place resident portal.

Residents access the building using key fobs. Guests can be granted entry through the Butterfly intercom system or assisted by the 24 hour concierge.
Guest suite reservations require a two night minimum stay and allow a maximum stay of two weeks. Pets are not permitted in the guest suite. Wi Fi, parking, and access to amenities are included.

Yes. Center Place is an elevator building with accessibility features to support residents and visitors with mobility needs.
Yes. ADA accessible entryways are available throughout the building's common areas and amenity spaces.

Pets

Yes we allow pets; cats and dogs. We have a breed restriction.
Restricted breeds include Pit Bull Terriers or Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf Hybrids, or any mix of these breeds.

Service animals are permitted as required by applicable law and are not subject to pet fees, deposits, or restrictions. All service animal approvals are processed through the residents PetScreening profile.

Center Place is located in downtown Providence near Waterplace Park. The community sits just behind the Providence Amtrak station and steps from the riverwalk, restaurants, shopping, and many of the city's cultural attractions.
Residents are within walking distance of many downtown Providence destinations including Café Nuovo, Jacky's Galaxy, The Capital Grille, and Providence Place Mall. Grocery options such as Whole Foods Market are also nearby.
